Crazy But True Stories from Hotel Workers

We usually see hotels as a place to relax and take a break, but for the people working there, things can be very different.

The Story:

I used to work at a 5-star hotel. One time, a guest lost her Cartier bracelet and told the front desk. She was sure it was in her room and thought someone had stolen it. As soon as the guest left, the front desk worker quietly took money from the safe and went to the nearest Cartier store to buy an identical bracelet. The guest had shown her a picture of the lost one. The guest was very happy and kept booking with our hotel every time she visited the city.
