The Christmas Letter That Changed Everything
The classroom buzzed with excitement as students exchanged colorful gift bags and shiny boxes. Chelsea, the most popular girl in class, sat at her desk surrounded by beautifully wrapped presents. Everyone wanted to impress her—except Robbie.
Robbie walked nervously to Chelsea’s desk, clutching something small and crumpled in his hands.
“I… I didn’t have money to buy a gift,” he stammered, his cheeks flushed. “But I made you this letter. I drew Santa and reindeer because I know how much you love them.”
Chelsea’s expression turned sour. “A letter? That’s so lame! Who gives a letter as a gift?!” she laughed, holding it up for everyone to see. The class burst into giggles.
Robbie’s heart sank. Tears welled up in his eyes as he turned and hurried back to his desk, leaving the letter behind.
