Jack had worked at the company for over five years and was always the first to arrive and the last to leave. His boss, Mr. Carter, often praised him as a role model.
One evening, Mr. Carter stayed late to finish a project. He noticed the basement light was on and decided to investigate. As he descended the stairs, he heard faint noises.
At the bottom, he found Jack surrounded by boxes filled with stolen office supplies, expensive equipment, and stacks of cash. Jack froze, realizing he’d been caught.
