The Story:
At night, I used to hear a woman softly whispering my name. It gave me chills, and I couldn’t sleep for weeks. One morning, an older boater saw I looked tired and asked if I was okay. I didn’t tell him why, not wanting him to think I was crazy. But he just said, “If you hear her too, don’t worry. She’s nice. She watches over us.”
Later, I spoke to other boaters who had stayed in that marina, and they’d heard her too. One night, I finally saw her—she was a Taino Indian, beautiful and calm. She faded away as I gasped.
