Relationships between bosses and employees, clients and customers, or teachers and students often cause arguments and eye rolls. People might wonder, “Why can’t they find someone better?” But after reading these stories, you might see that true love has no limits.
The Story:
I am 11 years older than my husband. A year ago, a pretty girl started working in his department, and she began flirting with him. My husband tried to laugh it off, and I didn’t take it seriously either.
But the other day, I heard the intercom ring. When I looked, there she was, holding a tiny baby. She said tearfully, “Look, it’s your husband’s son! He doesn’t stay with you out of pity, and we’ve been living as a family for a long time. Don’t keep him; let him go!”
I was shocked, and then our son came out, looking just as surprised. We exchanged glances and started laughing. The girl got angry and left. She didn’t know that my husband is infertile and that we adopted our son 12 years ago (and he knows this). This was the last straw for my husband, and he asked the management to handle the situation.
But the girl decided to quit her job out of shame. People often say it’s unfair that I have a rich and younger man, which many women dream of. But I didn’t start this relationship; he did. A man isn’t a prize to fight over.
