Some mothers-in-law become close friends with their daughters-in-law, some keep their distance, and others know how to push your buttons. This article shares different stories about mothers-in-law, from heartwarming to frustrating.

The Story:

One day, I woke up and couldn’t find my husband or our 7-month-old son at home. There was a note from my husband saying he had taken our son for a walk. I had already made lunch, but they were still not back. My husband didn’t answer my calls. Then I noticed all the baby things were gone. I called my mother-in-law, and she told me I was a bad wife and mother, so my husband and son would now live with her. I was shocked and immediately called the police. I got my son back, but I divorced my husband and told him to stay away from me and my child.
