You don’t need to watch movies for surprise endings. Real life can also be full of unexpected turns, and it sometimes makes us wonder if we’re living in a movie.
The Story:
My wife and I have been married for 7 years. We have a good life: nice jobs, a comfortable home, and lots of friends. But a few months ago, things started to change.
My wife began staying late at work and hiding her phone. One day, I accidentally saw romantic messages from a man on her phone. I also found photos of her with him. My heart was racing, but I confronted her.
She was shocked and explained that the man was actually a therapist she had been seeing for personal problems. She admitted she developed feelings for him, and their relationship had crossed the line. She said it was over and that she wanted to fix our marriage.
Now, I’m not sure what to do. Part of me wants to leave because I feel hurt and can’t trust her. But another part of me is thinking about trying to save our marriage, especially since she feels sorry and wants to make things right.
