No matter how much we plan, life can surprise us. Sometimes, these surprises are unsettling, but they often teach us lessons and may even turn into funny stories later.
The Story:
I came home and saw my boyfriend asleep. I went to the bathroom and was shocked to see him taking a shower there. Panicked, I yelled, “Someone’s in our room!” He turned pale and told me to run to the car, lock it, and call 911.
Later, I found out that my boyfriend had been cheating on me for two years. He always brought his mistress over while I was at work. That day, I came home early and caught him. To trick me, he made it seem like there was an intruder so I would leave and call 911, while he made her leave.
Instead of going to the car, I hid behind some bushes and saw a woman leaving. That was the day I kicked him out.
