The Story:

My husband and I rented an apartment in an old building. The bathroom was connected to the bedroom. At night, I dreamed that someone went into the bathroom and locked it from the inside. I woke up, just past midnight, and decided to go to the bathroom. I remembered my dream, but saw my husband sleeping next to me, so it was definitely a dream.

I went to the bathroom, tried the handle, but it didn’t open. The door seemed locked. I checked again that my husband was asleep and it wasn’t him. There was no light or sound from the bathroom. I don’t believe in prophetic dreams, but I was scared. I woke my husband, and he tried to break down the door, but it was too heavy because it was from the 19th century.

The man from reception brought a screwdriver and quickly opened the door for us. He said it wasn’t the first time this had happened in the house. We’re still wondering what it was.
